Berry–Greek Yoghurt Protein Shake

A thick, creamy, naturally sweet shake made with tangy Greek yoghurt and mixed berries. It’s high in protein, refreshing, and filling — perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a healthy snack, with a milkshake-style taste but much

Serves: 1 glass

Time: 15 minutes

Berry–Greek Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 200 g Greek yoghurt

  • 200–250 ml milk (or a mix of milk + water)

  • 150 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1–2 tbsp oats (optional, makes it thicker)

  • 4–6 ice cubes (skip if using frozen berries)

Step-by-step

  1. Add yoghurt, milk, berries (and honey/oats if using) to a blender.

  2. Blend 30–60 seconds until smooth and thick.

  3. Taste: add a little more honey if the berries are sharp, or more milk if it’s too thick.

  4. Pour and drink straight away.

Protein boost options (pick one)

  • Add 1 scoop whey or plant protein

  • Or add 2 tbsp powdered milk

  • Or add 1 tbsp peanut butter (extra protein + calories)

Tip: Frozen berries + cold milk = milkshake texture without needing much ice.
