1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
250 ml milk (dairy or oat/almond)
150 g Greek yogurt (or 1 small pot)
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
½ tsp vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon (optional)
4–6 ice cubes (skip if using frozen banana
Add everything to a blender.
Blend 30–45 seconds until smooth.
Taste and adjust: more milk = thinner, more yogurt/banana = thicker, more honey = sweeter.
Pour and drink straight away.
Protein: 1 scoop protein powder or 1 tbsp peanut butter
Fibre: 1 tbsp chia seeds or oats
Extra fruit: handful of berries (great with banana)
